| Report Snapshots and Snapshot Viewer for Access 97 |

| Snapshot Viewer is a program that you can use to view, print, and electronically mail a report snapshot. A report snapshot is a file (*.snp) containing a high-fidelity copy of each page of a Microsoft Access report that preserves the file's two-dimensional layout, graphics, and embedded objects. You can create a report snapshot by using the Save As/Export command on the File menu. Additionally, you can send a report snapshot in electronic mail by using the Send command on the File menu in either Microsoft Access or Snapshot Viewer. |

| The Microsoft Access 2000 (Office version 9) run-time can be freely distributed to clients
of CAPIX that do not have an existing copy of MS Access installed. The MS
Access 2000 run-time will run the CAPIX software, but cannot be used for
Access programming tasks. CAPIX can distribute this freely to clients by
virtue of our Microsoft Office Developers Edition (ODE) software license.
The MS Access run-time is compatible with CTM versions 5 and 6. |

| In Access 11 Microsoft introduced some security features
which change the way macros run. Even though CAPIX distribute "Digitally
Signed" executables, these macro security features continue to sometimes
cause support issues. To address these issues, save this Registry Import file to the local
drive and then double-click on the file to update the Windows Registry. It
may be necessary to close and then restart the CAPIX application. |

| CAPIX Desktop (Windows PC) software uses the MS Access Jet Database
libraries for accessing the databases. MS Jet is part of MS Access and is
also used separately by some applications. Over time Microsoft has released
service packs to remedy software issues. It is recommended that clients
install the latest version of the MS Jet Service Packs to ensure software
reliability and performance. |
